If this is a good idea, do all of us need to install it or what? It would likely help each of us when we arrive here to be able to check what's different and make appropriate changes, if necessary.

- I think it's a fine idea in general! Please do give it a try if you like. My feeling is that the utility is made for wikis with a lot more changes than ours -- at the current pace of changes (less than 10-15 a day) it's pretty obvious to any of us when something funny happens in Recent Changes, so there's no need yet for filtering. But it won't hurt, and if the pace picks up, it will help.
