Mixtard 30 is Novo Nordisk's r-DNA/GE/GM human insulin mix^[2][3] consisting of 30% R/neutral insulin and 70% NPH/isophane insulin crystals^[4].

It is the same as Humulin 70/30^[5].

Novo calls the same mix Novolin 70/30or ReliOn/Novolin 70/30 in North America.

A comparable insulin made by Eli Lilly is Humulin M3^[6][7][8]; another by Novo is Actraphane 30/70^[9] .
