Pork Insulatard was a porcine NPH/Isophane insulin^{[2] [3]}made by Novo Nordisk.

It is similar to CP Pharma's Hypurin Porcine Isophane^[4][5], and to the now-defunct Eli Lilly product Iletin II NPH^[6][7][8][9].

Like all other isophane/protamine suspended insulins^[10], it is a crystalline suspension with protamine and zinc.

After December, 2007, Novo Nordisk longer offered this insulin in the UK^{[11][12][13][14]}; according to the Novo Nordisk Australasia Home Page ^[15], it was discontinued there by December, 2006. Those using it now order Hypurin Porcine Isophane from CP Pharma^[16].
