Notes

Pork Mixtard 30 was the European brand name for Novo Nordisk's porcine insulin mix consisting of 30% porcine R/neutral insulin and 70% porcine NPH/isophane insulin[2][3][4].

It is the same as Hypurin Porcine 30/70 Mix[5][6][7][8].

Pork Mixtard 30 was discontinued in the UK by the end of December 2007[9][10][11][12]; according to the Novo Nordisk Australasia Home Page [13], it was discontinued there by December, 2006. Users now order CP Pharma's Hypurin Porcine 30/70 Mix[14].
